A blog management service for brands that want to stay visible
You know blogging is an effective long-term marketing strategy, but you don’t have the time, skills, or desire to deal with it – that’s where I come in.
More Than Words on a Google Doc
My blog management services aren’t just words on a Google doc. It’s entirely done for you.
Over the last six years, I’ve created an impactful 5-step process to help you show up on Google and AI, reach your target audience, and generate strong leads.
Step 1: Brand Research
I dive deep into your brand to learn what you offer, who you help, and how you want to be known. This will help shape content that speaks directly to your target audience and aligns with your expertise and goals.
Step 2: Content Audit
If you already have a blog, I’ll review your existing posts to assess performance and identify content gaps. This ensures your future posts build on what’s working and fill in what’s missing.
Step 3: Content Strategy
I perform keyword and competitor research to build a customer-focused content roadmap that helps us reach your target audience and support your business goals.
Step 4: Blog Content
I write no-fluff, value-packed blog content that ranks on search engines, shows up in AI tools, reaches your target market, and turns readers into clients or customers.
(includes words, reliable sources, visuals, SEO optimization, and hitting publish)
Step 5: Blog Maintenance
I monitor blog performance using analytics, making updates as needed and using data to guide future content decisions. This helps keep your blog relevant, strategic, and results-driven.
Each package includes everything from start to finish — strategy, writing, search engine and AI optimization, formatting, and uploading.
All packages require a minimum three-month commitment to help establish a strong foundation for your blog.
$345 for 1 monthly blog post
$680 for 2 monthly blog posts
$1,340 for 4 monthly blog posts
Investment for Blog Management Services
Blog management services aren’t one-size-fits-all. I’m happy to customize my work to meet you where you are.

Problem
Minimal brand awareness & not hitting sales goals
When I started working with my client, their new website was barely getting traffic yet. They were eager to increase brand awareness and use their blog to sell their products while they slept.
Solution
Start a blog to reach their target audience and encourage sales
I did brand research, created a content strategy, and started publishing four blog articles per month.
Result
250 to 3.4K monthly traffic growth and ROI
In six months, my client's organic website visitors grew from 250 to 3,400 per month. This led to an increase in sales that helped bring a return on investment for blog management services.
Problem
Decent website traffic, low bookings
Although my client was getting decent website traffic when we met in October 2021, they weren't reaching their booking goals. They wanted to grow their business but needed to reach their target market and encourage their ideal clients to book their services.
Solution
Revamp website copy for better SEO and start a blog
After doing brand research and a content audit, I updated their website copy. Then, I created a content strategy and started publishing weekly blog posts.

I primarily work with small business owners and service providers. I’ve worked in various spaces, including travel, outdoor, education, skincare, beer, and wellness.
If your mission is for your audience to experience the good life, and I support what you do, I’m here for you!
-
My niche is blog management services for brands that inspire the good life – meaning I write for lifestyle brands that foster the good things in life: travel, wellness, outdoors, etc.
I only take on work for topics I'm familiar with and support.
This is for two reasons: I want to write informed content and enjoy my work.
I also know SEO like the back of my hand and am a go-to SEO blog writer. I also stay up to latest trends, including AI overviews and LLMs like ChatGPT to ensure your content gets seen.
-
My primary goal is to help you get found — both by Google and by AI tools like ChatGPT.
I do this by writing articles that are clear, helpful, and strategically optimized with the right keywords and structure. I might include quick-answer sections, easy-to-scan lists, or common questions that Google and AI tools can easily pull from.
While I can’t guarantee rankings, I stay up to date on what works so your content has the best possible chance of being seen.

I also offer a power hour call if you' want to dip your toes in and get more clarity. This is ideal if you want to learn more about using your website to grow your business.
If you already have a blog and want to continue DIYing it, I also offer a blog audit to lead you in the right direction.

I have an onboarding process where I’ll ask you questions to get to know your brand.
I typically stick to topics I’m familiar with, but if SEO calls for writing outside of that, research is my middle name.
-
First–
I’ll email you a questionnaire to learn more about your brand and goals.
Then–
We'll set up a call to iron out the final details. We can also keep all communication online – whatever works!
Finally–
Once we have the details sorted out, I’ll send over a contract that we'll both sign to ensure we’re on the same page with our project.
-
Payment is usually due upfront. With monthly blogging, you would pay by the 1st of the month for our work for the month ahead. For example, blogging for March would be due on March 1st.
Once we agree on our project scope, I'll send over an invoice, and you can pay via bank transfer or debit card.
-
My blog management service usually includes 1, 2, or 4 monthly articles.
1 article/month: $345
2 articles/month: $680
4 articles/month: $1,340
